The brief
Metro Developments asked for a headquarters that could be let floor by floor, with retail at street level and running costs well below the local average.
How we built it
Our team managed eleven trade packages and a prefabricated roof made of 420 unique panels. Each panel was scanned, numbered and lifted into place in a single six-week window.
The building reached full occupancy four months after handover.
